At Nanoshel Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., we specialize in the development and supply of medical-grade implant materials manufactured in India. Please note that we supply our products in pieces (rods, sheets, and cross-sections) based on your required sizes rather than by weight. Our product range includes: • UHMWPE (Medical Grade) Rods: Diameters from 20 mm to 85 mm; lengths up to 500 mm (Biocompatibility Tested). • UHMWPE XLPE Rods: Available in the same sizes as above. • UHMWPE Cross-Section Rods: 55 mm × 85 mm × 1000 mm. • UHMWPE Sheets: 1000 mm × 1000 mm; thicknesses from 35 mm to 80 mm. • Vitamin-E UHMWPE & XLPE Rods: Available in the same sizes as above. • PEEK Rods: Diameters from 6 mm to 32 mm; lengths up to 1000 mm (Biocompatibility Tested). • Delrin Rods: Diameters 25 mm–70 mm; lengths up to 1000 mm; available in Blue, Green, Orange, Purple, and Black. All our products are biocompatible and tested according to medical standards. We supply several reputed companies both in India and internationally, ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery.

Headquartered in India Nanoshel HealthCare Pvt Ltd, is worldwide leader in the fabrication of engineered nano materials (ENMs) and specialty materials. Manufacturing since 2022, Nanoshel is ranked among the top global producers by volume of UHMWPE Rods. Our focus caters to both research and industrial-scale volumes. Since our formation, we have developed an active customer base in excess of 18,000 downstream users of nanomaterials spanning the globe, ranging from multi-nationals, corporate, national laboratories, research institutes, government agencies, and universities.

Delivery time

First of all, we need to confirm with the customer about the details of the products, and then arrange the purchase of materials according to different products. We’ll go into production as soon as the materials arrive. If you need goods urgently, we can arrange production in priority according to the workshop’s order arrangement and deliver the goods in advance.

UHMWPE Rod | Engineering Plastics

UHMWPE Rod, or PE1000 range of Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene has very high impact strength and wear resistance given its extremely long molecular chains and molecular mass of between 4.5 to 7.5 million amu. The service temperature ranges from -260 degrees C to +80 degrees C. The UHMWPE rod range is available in natural (white) and black. All UHMWPE rods have excellent machining properties, which make this an ideal material for machinery applications.
